It's a sad fact of life that all to often
"one man's loss is another man's gain". Certainly you might
think that would be the case over the past few years as far as
the Calgary real estate market was concerned. However,
while it's true to say that a lot of home owners have found
themselves on the losing side of the recent rise in foreclosures
few have been on the winning side.
The problem is that although technically in the public domain,
information on property foreclosures is not readily made
available to the general public.
Now all that's about to change.
