The CHR disclosed that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

a. The food establishment has no hot water during operation.

 

b. Dishes and utensils used for customer service are not being properly cleaned and

sanitized.
