The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. Grease, food, dust, and dirt are abundant throughout the facility.

 

b. An abundance of mice droppings were found in the facility, namely in and on top of the flour, sugar, and rice bins and throughout the dry storage room.

 

c. Recycling and garbage stored inside and outside the facility is not being handled in a proper manner, attracting mice and other pests.

 

d. Areas throughout premises are unorganized and cluttered, preventing effective cleaning and pest control practices

 

e. Required cleaning schedules are not posted or followed by staff.
