The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. No provision for oil disposal.

b. Damaged food contact surfaces.

c. Neither soap nor single use towels in kitchen and staff washroom.

d. Evidence that perineal area cleansing is being done on site and neither soap nor

single use towels in washroom.

e. No shatter shields on lights.

f. Ceiling appears to be collapsing in kitchen. Tiles missing in storage area.

g. Heavy accumulation of dust and grime on ceiling, walls of kitchen & floor of cooler.

h. Dirty mouldy looking cloth pad (nan pillow) used to place dough in tandoori oven.

i. Utensils are not being sanitised.

j. Food contact surfaces are not being sanitised.

k. Mouse droppings in rear store room.

l. No written pest control measures.

m. Large pots of perishable foods including cooked meats, rice, dhal (peas) stored at

room temperature (measured at 22 deg C).

n. Mixer not washed and sanitised in between uses.

o. Ice cream bars stored on top of raw beef bones.

p. No hot holding equipment on site.
