The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. All equipment, shelving, floors and walls in the facility are extremely dirty with food debris and grease.

 

b. Numerous foods in the steam table were measured to be less than 60 Celsius.

 

c. Inserts in the preparation cooler inserts were being contaminated by splashing water and soap from the handwash basin.
