The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. High-risk foods such as whole duck, bean sprouts, eggs, and pork are being stored

out at room temperature.

 

b. Front barbeque hot holding unit is only able to maintain temperatures in the range of 30-50 degrees Celsius and is holding meat inside at unsafe temperatures.

 

c. Grease, food, dust, and dirt accumulation throughout premise. Unsanitary

conditions exist throughout.

 

d. Cleaning schedules are not posted or followed by staff.
