The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. No one in care and control of the restaurant holds a valid food safe certificate.

 

b. Foods, including shrimp salad rolls, cooked beef, chicken, and eggs are being kept out at room temperature.

 

c. No sanitizing step is used when washing utensils and there is no appropriate sanitizer on site.

 

d. Eggs with dirt/faeces on the surface and bought from an unapproved source are being used in the facility.
