The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

a. Pizza prep coolers not operational

b. Kitchen cooler 9 degree Celsius

c. Pizza hot holding cabinet 44-51 deg C, chicken hot holding cabinet 45 deg C

d. No soap in kitchen. No single use towels in washroom dispenser

e. Flies present in kitchen

f. Front & rear door left open with no screen

g. Child’s books next to take out containers

h. Dirty wet wiping cloth not kept in sanitizer

i. Deep frying without a commercial hood or internally vented unit

j. Accumulation of items for painting business on site

k. Small child (3 years old) kept in kitchen
