The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. Surface of back counter where peanuts are processed is badly damaged

 

b. Water damaged ceiling in storage area

 

c. Single use towels not in dispenser in kitchen or bar area. Inadequate plastic towel roll holder on site.

 

d. Wiping cloths not kept in sanitiser and very dirty.

 

e. Containers for ice and other foods insanitary

 

f. Ice maker lid taped with clear packaging tape

 

g. Cooked noodles and shrimp kept without temperature control

 

h. Floors and walls insanitary

 

i. Dishwasher supply line for sanitizer was not immersed in the solution

 

j. No lights in corridor where foods are stored. Unable to inspect for breaches of the food regulation

 

k. Large number of incidents of food handling violations indicate staff have no knowledge of food safety

 

l. No manager on site has the required food safety certification. (Cashier at front desk is certified but does not supervise kitchen staff/check procedures, equipment etc)
