The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. Hot water tank of insufficient size to allow for hot water at the premise during all hours of operation. During the inspection, there was no hot water at the premise.

 

b. Bags of flour stored directly on the floor.

 

c. Food, dust and dirt accumulation throughout premise. Entire premise is unsanitary. Mold growth was present in coolers and on walls and ceilings of bakery prep area.
