The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. Inadequate cleaning and sanitising of facility. Accumulation of grease, grime and dirt on floors, walls, hood, counters, shelves and food storage containers.

 

b. Owner, manager and staff have inadequate knowledge of safe food handling practices- (manager named Sing on site could not provide verification of food safety certification).

 

c. Inadequate hand washing supplies – single use towels in neither waitress station nor kitchen.

 

d. Improper storage of dry and cooked perishable foods- (open containers of food in storage area, foods covered with garbage bags, dirty plastic sheets, foods in extremely dirty containers). Inadequate separation of foods, utensils, garbage and other non food items.

 

e. Beetles seen in storage area in basement indicating pest infestation.

 

f. Dishes being washed with no sanitizer solution ( empty bucket of sanitizer, pump no longer operational).
