The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. High-risk foods such as whole duck, bean sprouts, and pork are being stored out at room temperature.

 

b. Some heating elements in the front barbeque hot holding unit were turned off and the sliding doors were open thus causing the temperature of meat inside to drop to 30 – 40 degrees Celsius.

 

c. The fridge used to cool partially-cooked ducks is only able to reach a minimum temperature of 10.5 degrees Celsius and is holding this meat at unsafe temperatures.

 

d. Grease, food, dust, and dirt accumulation throughout premise. Unsanitary conditions exist throughout.

 

e. Cleaning schedules are not available or followed by staff.
