The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. Grease, food, dust, and dirt accumulation throughout premise. Unsanitary conditions exist throughout.

 

b. Potentially hazardous perishable foods were being thawed at room temperature.

 

c. Glasses from the bar washer are not being sanitized properly between uses, as there was no iodine in the final rinse cycle.

 

d. Perishable food being cooled on the prep counter was probed at 47ºC.

 

e. Plastic cutting boards at the preparation tables are discoloured and deeply grooved, and the grooves are filled with black coloured dirt.

 

f. The floor of the kitchen and walk in cooler is both damaged & unfinished and is therefore not easily cleanable.

 

g. Ready to eat foods are stored among and directly below raw meats in the walk in cooler.

 

h. No written records of perishable food temperatures, sanitizer strengths, and cleaning schedules are being kept.
