The CHR disclosed to the public that the following conditions to exist in and about the above noted food establishment which are or may become injurious or dangerous to the public health or which might hinder the prevention or suppression of disease, namely:

 

a. The roof is leaking allowing rain water to enter the kitchen and customer areas of the restaurant,

 

b. No sanitizer was entering the mechanical dishwasher,

 

c. Quaternary sanitizer solutions for food preparation equipment were well above 200 ppm,

 

d. The hot holding unit for soups was malfunctioning and the soup was only 38 Celsius,

 

e. A cooler containing milk in the bar area was 8 Celsius,

 

f. Records of food temperatures were inaccurate due to a faulty thermometer used for taking the temperatures,

 

g. Flies were seen in the food preparation areas,
