Following their three-game series in Winnipeg against the Goldeyes, the Calgary Vipers will return home to wrap up the season with a week long home stand at Foothills Stadium.

The home stand will begin on Monday, August 28th with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks in town for the first of five games in four days against the Vipers. The series will include a double-header on Wednesday, August 30th to make up for Thursday’s rain out in Fargo.

August 30th will also be the final Wireless Wednesday of the 2006 season. The Vipers and RedHawks will play at 12:35 PM with the park hooked up for WIFI so fans can sneak out of the office and bring their work to the ballpark.

The series finale against the RedHawks will be played on Thursday, August 31st, the final Thirsty Thursday of the season. All concessions will be selling beer for just $3.00.

Calgary will then welcome the Winnipeg Goldeyes to Foothills Stadium beginning on Friday, September 1st for the final series of the 2006 season.

All weekend long, fans will be able to participate in the Shirts Off Our Back promotion, as the Vipers’ game worn jerseys will be up for auction.
