Citadel

If you’re considering buying a home in Citadel, N W Calgary.  I have put together some info about this thriving NW community.

Citadel is located in NW Calgary along Country Hill Blvd.  It is located on Country Hills Blvd and NW Stoney Trail.  Citadel was estabilshed in 1993.  There are a range of single family homes and condos in Citadel.  Citadel is a very family orientated neighbourhood.  Even although they don’t have a community centre, Citadel does have a community association. 

Citadel is unique in that the roads in Citadel were designed in the shape of a wheel with spokes.  Citadel has a large central green space.  The neighbourhoods has pathways, a hockey rink, baseball, tennis and open green spaces.  The neighourhood also has a senior program. 

Canadian Superstore and Costo close by.  Also Walmart located not far.  Crowfoot Shopping Centre and LRT Station about 10 minutes away.

If you’re heading out to the mountains, Stoney Trail is about 5/10 minute drive.
